i wanna learn how to speak chinese.......

and no, it is NOT random. seriously la dude.. for a chinese to not know how to speak chinese fluently is so MENYUSAHKAN! i tell you malaysians these days, about 60% of them start speaking mandarin to me when they see me.. just cause i have a chinese face.. PFFTT..

a conversation between some random barber in kuching [A] and me [Ruby]
A : Ni yao..chien ni de tou fa chi yang? (dont mind my lousy pinyin, i know you guys understand la!)
Ruby : errr.. can speak english please?
A : oh oh.. how do you wanna cut your hair?
Ruby : ohh.. err.. just trim trim.. not so short arr.. a BITT onlyy
A : ohh.. k.. you want short or long hair?
Ruby : LONGGG!!!!

*A starts working his fingers through ruby's hair*
a few minutes later...

A : are you chinese?
Ruby : *duhh* yeahh..
A : ohh you go to lodge is it..? (i'm assuming he thinks i'm from lodge cause i speak good english hahaaaa xD)
Ruby ; hah? no.. batu lintang..
A : ohhh.. form 5 ha?
Ruby : no no! form 4! =.=

- common mistake .. sigh -

at the end of the day, my hair ended up SHORT. not long, SHORT. and sexy. hahaaa

that was my dayy.. =)
